General Meetings
The Business/General meeting shall hold quarterly.
Solidarity meetings shall take place at the hosts premises, and activities during such meetings must be coordinated by the social secretary and in agreement with the host.
Emergency meetings may be called by the CHAIRPERSON in consultation with Secretary and the Executive Board as may be needed.
the Association shall organize at least one grand social gathering (end of year party) each year
